01 - 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
02 - 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (approximately 3 lemons)
03 - 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup, adjustable to taste

04 - 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves, plus additional for garnish

→ Liquids

05 - 2 cups cold water
06 - Ice cubes, for serving

# Method:

01 - Place watermelon cubes, freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey or agave syrup, and mint leaves in a blender.
02 - Process on high speed until the mixture is fully smooth.
03 - Pass the blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher, pressing with a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible and remove the pulp.
04 - Stir in cold water until thoroughly combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
05 - Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour to chill completely.
